2023 MIDWEST MEETUP

This year’s Midwest Meet-Up Ride is a “tri-state adventure” that explores the Great River Road to the south of La Crosse. We will enjoy majestic views as the highway climbs and winds its way through the 600-foot bluffs hugging the river.

Lunch is in a historic and beautiful river town, known as the second-oldest community in Wisconsin and we will cross the Mighty Mississippi twice on two unique bridges!

For this year’s group ride, plan on being in awe of some picturesque scenic overlooks and unique river life in Wisconsin, Iowa and Minnesota! A true “tri-state adventure!”

EVENT TICKETS- Please pre-purchase your ticket to the 2023 Midwest Meetup. These tickets will serve as the “headcount” for activities and outings.

Registrations can be purchased through the main Stilettos on Steel shop HERE. ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS.

WELCOME RECEPTION – FRIDAY, JULY 28, 2023 from 4PM-6PM: Great River Harley-Davidson is excited to host a welcome to LaCrossee reception for all Stilettos! Shopping coupons, soft drinks and appetizers will be provided by the dealership PLUS they’ve graciously offered safety checks for any Stiletto needing one. How awesome is that?! HOTEL INFORMATION

The AmericInn by Wyndham LaCrosse Riverfront Conference Center, 1835 Rose Street, LaCrosse, WI 54603, will serve as home base for this year’s event (July 28 – 30, 2023).

To make your reservations, please call (608) 781-7000, weekdays between the hours of 7AM – 3PM, Central Time, under the room block name STILETTOS ON STEEL to obtain the preferred room rate of $179/night (+ taxes, etc.). Hot breakfast is included. RESERVING THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE WILL NOT GET YOU THE SPECIAL ROOM RATE. YOU MUST CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY.

VERY IMPORTANT: If your plans change after you make your reservations, please do not release your room to the hotel- please work with your Regional Coordinator to see if someone else needs a room. We will be allowed to transfer rooms to members inside our group.
